As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Paid Search Analyst to lead the charge on digital advertising campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and business results.

 

What You’ll Do
As a Paid Search Analyst, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life, leverage performance data to guide decisions, and stay ahead of trends to maximize campaign success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display networks.
  • Drive ROI: Manage bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ad placements to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor campaign metrics and generate insights that improve performance and align with business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with SEO, creative, and technical teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless digital experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest digital advertising tools, trends, and technologies. Share learnings to help elevate team knowledge and capabilities.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and digital advertising
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across major ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and data
  • Google Ads Certification (current)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing landing pages
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Local Services Ads or using AI tools to manage campaigns
