Currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Washington and Oregon regions. You will be a critical team member responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to fulfill the company’s internal staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, sourcing candidates through various channels and ensuring a smoothing hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s growth and success by securing high-quality candidates.

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely as a key partner with management/leadership at the branch level.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting process for all trade line roles across West Coast Region
  • Facilitate the recruitment process in applicant tracking system (ATS) through job posting, qualifying/screening applicants and tracking accurately in system
  • Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their staffing needs
  • Assist with establishing and upgrading recruiting and hiring practices for region
  • Assist in developing forecasts for all roles within region
  • Analyze and impact monthly and annual reporting by market and trade
  • Establish diversity recruiting program focused on outcomes
  • Assist in building culture of performance accountability
  • Apply technology to automate and bring efficiencies to the end to end recruiting process
  • Assist with talent collateral creation, branding, social postings and/or content
  • Contribute feedback on employer brand as a system and in market specifics

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is highly desired
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting through internal corporate or staffing agency
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or a related field
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as Labor, Services, Construction, Restoration etc
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • High energy, ownership of work product and dedication to driving results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Must live in Oregon or Washington and open to local travel. Position is Hybrid

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

 

The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges DOE. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
