Military Transitioning Technicians

Following the 12-week initial program, you will be placed full time in a local Apex business that best serves the needs of you and your family. You’ll be supported with ongoing training, development and formal mentoring. Plus, you’ll always be making progress in your career with exceptional promotional opportunities and ability to earn six-figures!

What you’ll do…

• Gain and grow skills in residential HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical trades
• Serve your neighbors in their time of need, helping them feel at home in their home
• Earn according to your performance with many technicians making 6-figures annually

What you have…

• Must be currently transitioning from the military, or a veteran separated within the last 5 years
• Must be willing to be in a hands-on working environment, remote work is broadly not an option in this industry
• Must be willing to learn and serve our employees, customers, and business partners
