  • Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Deliver Results

  • Monitor labor performance and key operational metrics.
  • Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Drive accountability around operational and financial performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading managers, supervisors, team leads, or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, or operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and create accountability.
  • Proven success driving process improvements and operational results.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus.

Why You?

You're a leader who knows how to balance people, process, and performance. You enjoy building teams, developing leaders, solving operational challenges, and creating structure in fast-moving environments. Whether your background comes from construction, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, field operations, or another operational setting, you're energized by leading teams, improving outcomes, and helping businesses grow.
