Overview

Lead a premier home services organization in Indianapolis with the support of one of the fastest-growing residential service networks in the country! Apex Service Partners, a leading residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services platform, is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead one of our established and highly regarded brands in the Indianapolis market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of business operations, driving revenue growth, profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Execute strategic initiatives that support scalable growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and full P&L ownership.
  • Partner with functional leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen the brand’s reputation within the Indianapolis market through exceptional customer and employee experiences.
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on leader who actively engages with employees, customers, and the local community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in home services, trades, construction, distribution, field services, or other operationally intensive environments.
  • Proven experience leading established businesses and driving sustainable growth through people, process, and performance.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct P&L ownership and a track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating a culture of accountability and engagement.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
