We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing residential plumbing department at our partner location near Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a proven operations leader who understands how to scale residential service teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop strong technicians and supervisors.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day‑to‑day operations for the residential plumbing department, including field technicians and support staff
- Partner closely with the General Manager to achieve revenue, margin, and operational performance goals
- Collaborate with Dispatch to optimize scheduling, route efficiency, capacity planning, and daily productivity
- Ensure all plumbing work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, and brand expectations
- Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians through regular performance feedback and training
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top residential plumbing talent
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and customer experience across the plumbing operation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience running a residential plumbing department
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop residential service plumbers and field teams
- Strong understanding of residential service operations, dispatching, pricing, and workflow optimization
- Experience managing KPIs such as revenue, labor efficiency, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
- Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in the field as needed to support technicians and customers
Nice to Have:
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing background
- Experience scaling or modernizing residential plumbing operations
- Familiarity with multi‑location or high‑growth home services environments
