Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the administration, compliance, and performance of our Benefit and Retirement programs. This role manages day‑to‑day operations, leads annual cycles, supports M&A integrations, partners with HR and Payroll, and ensures an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily benefit operations including enrollments, life-events, terminations, and COBRA.
- Oversee self-billing, carrier invoicing, and reconciliation for all benefit plans.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for benefit escalations, policy questions, and vendor coordination.
- Lead Open Enrollment planning, communications, testing, and execution.
- Support benefit transitions for acquired companies, including timelines, employee guidance, and system updates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy across HRIS, carrier files, and payroll.
- Maintain compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and internal policies.
- Enhance processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience; corporate or multi‑location environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, retirement, and voluntary plans.
- Proficiency with HRIS/benefits platforms (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees and leaders.

Additional Details
Location: Tampa or Irving, TX (Onsite 4 days/week; Wednesdays remote)
Schedule: Full-Time
