Overview

Apex Service Partners is a leading residential home services company dedicated to building a network of best‑in‑class local brands across the U.S. We partner with community‑rooted plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses to deliver exceptional service while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Our Midwest Region is seeking a ServiceTitan Integration Specialist to support our growing portfolio of home services businesses across the Midwest region. This role is critical in ensuring our partners fully leverage ServiceTitan’s capabilities from initial setup and configuration to ongoing system optimization and daily support requests.

You will be the hands-on expert responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining ServiceTitan environments, executing integrations, supporting user onboarding and helping drive data accuracy and system efficiency across our operating companies. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of ServiceTitan with strong problemsolving, exceptional attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams including Operations, Marketing, M&A, and IT.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the setup, configuration, and deployment of ServiceTitan for new acquisitions and internal business units.
  • Work closely with M&A teams to support acquisition onboarding.
  • Configure system settings, modules, permissions, features, and workflows based on business requirements and Apex standards.
  • Execute system integrations, including marketing lead integrations and collaborate with Marketing and internal partners to ensure all workflows function correctly.
  • Work collaboratively with and the data team to receive and validate required data; perform the hands-on work to integrate, clean, and configure data within ServiceTitan.
  • Conduct data cleanup and enhancement tasks as needed (premium/advanced data tasks are part of this function).
  • Ensure accurate user setup, permissions, and access controls.
  • Manage daily support requests including: new user onboarding and configuration, updating permissions and troubleshooting functional issues
  • Work with internal partners to understand the broader system strategy and ensure alignment across all operating companies.
  • Communicate system updates, changes, and best practices to leadership and end users.
  • Stay up-to-date on all new ServiceTitan features and functionality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan experience, ideally in configuration, implementation, or system administration.
  • Strong experience in setting up, configuring, and optimizing ServiceTitan environments (not just daily use).
  • Experience with data imports, data validation, and system integrations.
  • Ability to manage heavy support volume and multitask across configuration, troubleshooting, and project work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and business units.
  • Comfort with moderate travel within the Midwest region.
  • ServiceTitan Certified Administrator or Power User is a major plus.
  • Experience in home services systems is helpful but not required.
  • Exceptionally detailoriented and able to take ownership of technical tasks with minimal oversight.
