Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Technicians—including military members transitioning to civilian careers—who bring hands‑on technical experience and a strong work ethic, in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience servicing, maintaining, or installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in residential environments and want a stable, long‑term career with a company that values skill, integrity, and growth.

 

HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components
  • Follow safety standards, technical manuals, and SOPs
  • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service

Relevant Experience

  • Prior HVAC services, installation and maintenance experience
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and service documentation
  • Military backgrounds in engineering, aviation, maintenance, facilities, or logistics are highly valued
  • EPA certification or HVAC licensure preferred (or ability to obtain)

Plumbing Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
  • Diagnose leaks, drainage issues, and system failures
  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Maintain clean, professional job sites

Relevant Experience

  • Residential plumbing services, repipe, installation and maintenance
  • Strong safety awareness and job discipline
  • Plumbing license or certifications preferred (not required)

Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and system upgrades
  • Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Follow all electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Represent Apex and local partner brands with professionalism

Relevant Experience

  • Electrical, electronics, power, or systems experience
  • Strong attention to detail and safety‑critical work
  • Military backgrounds in electrical, avionics, communications, power generation, or engineering are highly valued
  • Electrical license or certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
