Apex Service Partners, one of the nation’s leading residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service platforms, is seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead a growing business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by overseeing all performance metrics and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong accountability, development, and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence using data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
  • Support workforce expansion and professional development within the Sioux Falls community.
  • Serve as a hands-on, daily on-site leader.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in trades, construction, home service, or comparable operational industries.
  • A builder’s, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for scaling people, processes and performance.
  • Experience with P&L ownership and metrics-driven operational playbooks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a history of motivating teams.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented creativity.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and adaptable leadership style.
