This is a Hybrid role. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Wednesdays) based in either Dallas (preferred) or Tampa, FL. 

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Employee Services (HR) the selected candidate will lead and support regions across the country with HR projects and implementation for businesses acquired through M&A. In this role, you will work closely with our 6 regional Directors to help improve various HR processes, to include improvements in data integrity and process optimization.  Additionally, you will be the HR point of contact and owner our overall onboarding experience at both our Dallas and Tampa offices.  Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) with the ability to solve issues quickly, refine and rollout processes.  You will need to have very strong analytical skills, a desire to be a strong business partnerability to build and translate reporting into actionable results for the business. Lastly, you will also serve as the HR Project Manager supporting 130+ existing businesses and assist with building efficient processes. 

What you are good at... 

  • Managing organizational processes, while also being the primary HR contact for the Partner Services team. 
  • Supporting non-tradition complex org structures 
  • Inspiring others in a fast-paced environment, ensuring SOPs are both accurate and well organized. 
  • Spearhead HR projects that impact field operations, including changing management, process improvements, and system rollouts.  
  • Leveraging technology to enhance HR processes through tools such as – ADP Workforce Now, iCIMSwith the ability to learnnew technologies 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with executivesdemonstrating ability to translate requirements into creative solutions that align business initiatives across the country 

 

What you have... 

  • 8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources Experience  
  • Technical expertisewith the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social) 
  • A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate preferred.
