As the Operations Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day service operations, ensuring our HVAC team is productive, supported and delivering exceptional work. You’ll drive scheduling efficiency, technician performance, and operational excellence to position the business for continued growth.
Lead and develop the HBAC service team to hit performance goals and deliver high-quality service.
Own daily operations & set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity and purpose.
Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance and profitability.
Work with leadership and sales to align operational execution with business growth.
Ensure job quality, material usage, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all job sites.
5+ years of leadership experience in field service, trades, sales or operations.
Hands-on experience leading and holding teams accountable to performance results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Balance of people leadership and process improvement skills.
Clear communicator with strong planning and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with field service management tools like ServiceTitan is a plus.
