Location: Plainfield, IN 

 

Apex Service Partners is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function for one of our top-performing home services businesses in the Midwest. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for driving sales performance, developing people, and building scalable sales processes.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability.
• Hire, coach, and mentor sales representatives, providing ongoing training in sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on team KPIs and sales performance, providing visibility to leadership.
• Partner closely with the General Manager to align sales execution with business growth goals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a people-first, service-driven approach.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices to ensure continued growth.

What You’ll Bring
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and consistently exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Process-driven mindset with experience implementing scalable sales systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High energy, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry experience preferred, but not required.
