Customer Service Representative – Hybrid
Apex Service Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our centralized call center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering inbound calls, booking service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
This position supports multiple Apex brands and plays a key role in providing outstanding support to our homeowners.
Schedule & Pay:
Shifts between 7:00am- 8:00pm (Monday–Friday) and rotating weekends
Hybrid position
Occasional Saturday availability may be requested
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
Initial training is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for approximately six weeks (flexibility discussed during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
Make outbound calls to confirm service or follow up on customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally via phone and email
Accurately document all interactions in our internal systems
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What You Bring:
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable working with technology and scheduling systems
Positive attitude, team-focused, and adaptable
