We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist who excels in marketing performance analysis, reporting, and market research. This role is instrumental in supporting strategic decisions and driving business growth across multiple locations.

Job Overview
Based in the DFW market, the Marketing Specialist will support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across up to 10 branches. A strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics—combined with a sharp analytical mindset—is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (campaign ROI, lead volume, conversion rates, etc.) to help guide decision-making. Translate data into actionable insights for the Marketing Manager.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and monitor local market trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts to inform regional strategy.
• Marketing Execution: Implement traditional and digital marketing tactics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns—email, direct mail, paid search, social media—ensuring timely and effective rollout.
• Field Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager and branch leadership to identify local needs and tailor marketing efforts for each market.
• Digital Marketing: Support the execution and monitoring of digital efforts including SEO, Local Service Ads (LSAs), and paid media campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold brand standards across all channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and presentation in all markets.
