This role is responsible for overseeing the HVAC sales department. You’ll manage and support field technicians, implement operational improvements, and play a key role in scaling the business. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and outstanding customer service.
Lead day-to-day operations for HVAC sales
Hire, train, and coach technicians to achieve technical and sales performance goals
Develop KPIs and track individual and team productivity
Monitor and improve scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery efficiency
Create scalable systems and processes that enable future growth
Collaborate with office and leadership staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Ensure proper documentation of service calls and CRM system accuracy
Stay up to date with industry advancements and implement best practices
Analyze performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
5+ years of experience in residential HVAC or related home services industry; prior management experience required
Strong track record in team leadership, performance coaching, and operational efficiency
Results-oriented with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
Able to work outdoors and handle tools/equipment as necessary
