Customer Service Representative – Apex Service Partners Call Center Team
Apex Service Partners is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our centralized call center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering inbound calls, booking service appointments, and providing exceptional support that reflects our commitment to excellent service.
This position supports multiple Apex brands across the Midwest and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Hiring For:
Full-time roles available
Onsite and hybrid (in-office/remote) schedule options
Must have flexibility to work rotating Saturdays
Initial training is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for approximately six weeks
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
Make outbound follow-ups to confirm service and customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally by phone and email
Accurately document all interactions in our system
Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
What You Bring:
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or trades is a plus (not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology, including phone and scheduling systems
Positive, team-oriented mindset with flexibility
