The Big Task:
As our Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, ensuring our teams are productive, motivated, and delivering top-tier service. You’ll lead a team of skilled technicians and work cross-functionally to optimize scheduling, improve profitability, and build the foundation for scalable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and support field teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
  • Partner with dispatch to ensure efficient job routing and technician scheduling.
  • Set the tone for daily operations—bring energy, clarity, and leadership to the team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement processes for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales to align operational goals and business growth.
  • Oversee job quality, materials, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance are upheld across all operations.

 

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, field service, logistics, or trades-related industries.
  • A track record of developing teams and holding them accountable to results.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort managing both people and processes—balancing strategy with execution.
  • Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with field service technology (ServiceTitan or similar is a plus).
  • Trades background a bonus, but not required (service-based experience preferred).
