Apex Service Partners has an amazing HR Manager opportunity.

This is a Hybrid role. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Wednesdays) based in either Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX.

 

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Employee Services (HR) the selected candidate will lead and support regions across the country with HR System enhancements and implementations for businesses acquired through M&A. In this role, you will work with our 6 regional teams and help them improve various HRIS functions in ADP Workforce Now such as Payroll, Time and Attendance, Paid Time off, Benefits, Onboarding, etc. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) with the ability to solve issues quickly, refine and rollout processes. As the SME, a key part of your role will be documenting the end users on processes within multiple systems, knowing the ins and outs of the systems will be the key. Another critical area is serving as the HR Generalist/Manager for our Tampa, FL and Dallas, TX location, focusing on employee engagement and ensuring we have a world class onboarding experience.  You will need to have very strong analytical skills, a desire to be a strong business partner, ability to build and translate reporting into actionable results for the business. Lastly, you will also serve as the ongoing SME supporting 130+ existing businesses and assist with building efficient processes.

  • Supporting non-tradition complex org structures
  • Leveraging to technology to enhance HR processes through tools such as – ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, with the ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with executives while also supporting multiple regions across the country
  • Incredibly well organized, productive, and autonomous
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to build reports with actionable outputs to drive the business forward.

What you have...

  • 5+ years’ Human Resources Experience
  • Technical expertise, with the desire and ability to rapidly learn new systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
  • A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate preferred.
