We are seeking a motivated, high-performing leader to take the helm of a growing business in South Bend, IN. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team development. With full P&L ownership, this role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive growth, optimize key performance metrics, and foster a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by executing strategies to improve revenue, sales conversions, average invoice value, customer satisfaction, and maintenance subscription plans.
  • Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and engagement at all levels.
  • Ensure operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and customer-first service.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability to achieve business goals.
  • Expand employment opportunities, driving workforce growth, skill development, and career advancement.
  • Be a hands-on leader—this is an in-person role requiring a strong daily presence in South Bend to lead by example.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience (3+ years) managing teams in trades, construction, service or similar industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build and scale a growing business.
  • Experience with P&L ownership and a playbook-driven approach to business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving performance.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative, results-oriented solutions.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and adaptable, with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
