We are hiring for the following roles: 

Plumbing $50K-$150K - Depends on position

• Plumbing Service Manager
• Plumbing Maintenance
• Plumbing Install
• Plumbing Service Technicians

Plumbing Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry.
• Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred.
• Exceptional sales and business acumen.
• Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
• A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.

HVAC $80K-$150K - Depends on position

• HVAC Service Technicians
• HVAC Install Helpers
• HVAC Lead Install
• HVAC Maintenance Technicians

HVAC Qualifications:

• 2+ year of previous experience with HVAC
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Certification

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

Pay ranges from $50K-$150K. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
